DECLARATION OF MEMBERS' INTERESTS

The following Members disclosed their pecuniary interests:

David Clelland, declared the following interests: 9-13 September 2004 visit to Gibraltar for Gibraltar National Day, accompanied by my partner, at the invitation and expense of the Gibraltar Government; House in Gateshead, jointly owned with my partner, two flats in Gateshead, jointly owned with my brother.

Jeffrey M. Donaldson declared the following interests: Member of the Northern Ireland Assembly; Member of Lisburn City Council; Partner in The Financial Research Partnership: independent financial advisers and estate agents.

Mrs Gwyneth Dunwoody declared the following interests: A donation of £5,000 was made in my name to Emmie Dixon Home, Crewe, as a token of thanks for speaking at the Royal Bank of Scotland's Transport Dinner on 9 November 2004; 20-26 September 2004 visit to Western Canada with the All-Party Parliamentary Rail Group, organised by the Rail Freight Group, who provided travel and accommodation including travel within Canada; Shared ownership of house in Fulham, from which rental income is received.

Clive Efford declared the following interest: 11-14 June 2004, visit to Portugal as a member of the All-Party Parliamentary Football Team, with travel, accommodation and hospitality provided by McDonalds, and football facilities and hospitality by the Portuguese Parliament.

Robert Goodwill declared the following interests: Managing Director and controlling interest in Mowthorpe (UK) Ltd, the company operates a green/woodland cemetery on land which was previously part of Southwood Farm, Terrington, in NorthYorkshire; A donation to my constituency party was made by Lord Ashcroft; Land and Property - Southwood Farm, Terrington, York, which is farmed "in hand". Three industrial units at Southwood Farm, Terrington, York. Three residential properties in Loftus, Cleveland, from which rental income is received. One residential property in Stockton-on-Tees, from which rental income is received. Registrable shareholdings - Barclays Bank Plc and Rolls Royce Plc.

Graham Stringer declared the following interests: 6-12 June 2005 visit to United States of America, on fact-finding trip organised by the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), who met the costs of air travel and accommodation.

David Wilshire declared the following interests: Partner, MRS (Moorlands Research Service); 9-12 September 2004 visit to Gibraltar as a guest of the Gibraltar Government for discussions of the future of Gibraltar and to attend National Day events, 1-4 June 2005 visit to Shanghai, on inaugural flight from Heathrow to Shanghai as the guest of British Airways plc.
