under embargo on Friday 1 April in the Press Gallery from 11.00 am,
and to

11.30 am to 12 noon only from the
Committee Office, 7 Millbank, London SW1P 3JA (entrance via Dean Stanley Street). Witness copies not collected by 12.00 noon will be posted first class.
