THE WORK OF THE HIGHWAYS AGENCY
Earlier this year the Transport Committee inquired into The Work of the Highways Agency. The inquiry was part of a broader investigation into the work of the Department for Transport's Executive Agencies and Non-Departmental Bodies. This report highlights matters relating to the Highways Agency's finance, performance and accountability.
The Transport Committee's Eighth Report of the 2002-03 Session, on The Work of the Highways Agency (HC 453), will be published on Wednesday 29 October at 11.00am at a Press Conference at 11.00am in Committee Room 16.
Advance copies of the Report will be available under embargo on
Tuesday 28 October in the
Press Gallery from 11.00 am, and to witnesses and other media from
11.00 am to 12.00 noon only from the
Committee Office, 7 Millbank, London SW1P 3JA.
Witness copies not collected by 12.00 noon will be posted first class.
