The Future of the Railways Inquiry
The Transport Committee will continue the oral evidence programme in its inquiry into the Future of the Railways as follows:
Wednesday 22 October
at 2.15 pm Jarvis
at 2.45 pm Amey, Balfour Beatty, Alstom and Bombardier;
at 3.30 pm Dutch Railways and Prorail;
at 4.00 pm International Rail Regulator;
at 4.30 pm Professor Rod Smith and Professor Chris Smith;
at 5.00 pm English Nature and Professor Sir Frederick Holliday.
Further evidence sessions will be announced in due course.
The evidence session will take place in public, unless otherwise decided by the Committee. Because the meetings may be moved from the Palace of Westminster to Portcullis House, those wishing to attend the meetings should check the venue by contacting the Committee Office Information Line on 020 7219 2033 on the day before the hearings.
