URBAN CHARGING SCHEMES

The Transport Committee will hold the second oral evidence session for its inquiry into Urban Charging Schemes on Wednesday 30 October. The Committee will consider several different urban charging schemes, and in particular the congestion charging scheme to be introduced into central London. The programme for the evidence session is as follows:
Wednesday 30 October
at 4.00 pm - Commission for Integrated Transport
at 4.30 pm - RAC Foundation
at 5.00 pm - Department for Transport
The evidence sessions will take place in public, unless otherwise decided by the Committee. Because the meetings may be moved from the Palace of Westminster to Portcullis House, those wishing to attend the meetings should check the venue by contacting the Committee Office Information Line on 020 7219 2033 on the day before the hearings.
