COINCIDENCE OF PARLIAMENTARY CONSTITUENCY BOUNDARIES IN SCOTLAND AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF CHANGE

The Scottish Affairs Committee will publish its First Report of this Session, €œCoincidence of Parliamentary Constituency Boundaries in Scotland and the Consequences of Change€, at 12 noon on Tuesday 3 February 2004.

A press conference to launch the Report will take place at 12 noon on 3 February in Committee Room 15 at the House of Commons. You are invited to attend.

Advance copies of the Report (embargoed until the time of publication) will be sent to witnesses on 2 February. Media representatives may collect a copy from the Committee's Offices at 7 Millbank, London SW1P 3JA from 11.00 am on Monday 2 February. Please ring Diane Nelson on 020 7219 6123 or Joanne Larcombe on 020 7219 6295 if you submitted evidence to the Committee, or are a media representative, and require alternative arrangements.

The Report (House of Commons Paper No. (2003-4) 77) will also be available on the Committee€™s website later in the day on 3 February.
