EU Sub-Committee A is one of the six sub-committees of the House of Lords European Union Select Committee. It scrutinises EU proposals on economics and finance.
Following reorganisation of the remit of each of the Sub-Committees at the start of the 2012-13 session, responsibility for international trade now lies with the EU Sub-Committee on External Affairs (C).
