REGULATORY REFORM COMMITTEE EVIDENCE SESSION ON TUESDAY 29 JANUARY AT 9.45 AM


William Sargent, Executive Chair and Jitinder Kohli, Chief Executive of the Better Regulation Executive, Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform will give oral evidence to the Committee on Tuesday 29 January at 9.45 am in Committee Room 19 at the House of Commons.

The purpose of the session is to take stock of the Government's regulatory reform agenda, including initiatives currently underway and progress made to date.

The Regulatory Reform Committee is appointed to examine and report to the House on draft Legislative Reform Orders under the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006 and matters relating to regulatory reform. Its full remit is set out in S.O. No. 141.
