PUBLICATION OF REPORT: Getting Results: the Better Regulation Executive and the Impact of the Regulatory Reform Agenda: Government Response to the Committee's Fifth Report of Session 2007-08

The Government's Response to the Committee's Fifth Report of Session 2007-08 will be published as its Seventh Report of the 2007-08 Session at 2.00 pm on Thursday 13 November 2008. It will be available from Stationery Office outlets (Ref HC 1186).

The Regulatory Reform Committee (previously the Deregulation and Regulatory Reform Committee) is appointed to consider and report to the House on draft Legislative Reform Orders under the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006. Its full remit is set out in S.O. No. 141.
