The Committees considered the course of their inquiry and deliberated in accordance with Standing Order No. 137A(1)(b).

Mr Roy Isbister, Team Leader on small arms and transfer controls, Saferworld, Mr Oliver Sprague, Programme Director, Military, Security and Police Transfers, Amnesty International, and Mr Simon Gray, Oxfam; and Mr David Hayes, Head of Export Controls, Rolls-Royce plc, and Chairman of the Export Group for Aerospace and Defence, Mr Brinley Salzmann, Exports Director of the Defence Manufacturers Association and Secretary of the Export Group for Aerospace and Defence, Mrs Susan Griffiths, MBDA UK Ltd, and Mr Barry Fletcher, International Export Consultant, gave oral evidence.
