The Procedure Committee has agreed the following public oral evidence session for the inquiry into the
sub judice rule as follows.

This is the third public evidence session for the inquiry and transcripts of the previous sessions (8 December 2004/19 January 2005) are available on these pages. An uncorrected copy of the transcript will appear on these pages within a week of the session, and will be replaced later with a corrected copy. The meeting will take place in public in the Palace of Westminster (access: St Stephen's Entrance, opposite the back of Westminster Abbey). Those attending are advised to check the room location on arrival.
