Terms of Reference:

The Committee on the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister: Housing, Planning, Local Government and the Regions has decided to hold a one-off evidence session, on Monday 31st October, on the way in which the re-licensing process under the Licensing Act 2003 has been implemented, and what can be drawn from the experience.
