The Committee on the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister: Housing, Planning, Local Government and the Regions will be hearing evidence for its inquiry, Is there a future for Regional Government? on the following date:
Monday 13 March
4.40 pm Officials from the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister
5.20 pm Cross-Governmental Panel of officials from the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, the Department for Transport and the Department of Trade and Industry
All timings are approximate.
The evidence session will take place in public, unless otherwise decided by the Committee, in a Committee Room at the House of Commons. Those wishing to attend the meeting should check the venue by contacting the Committee Office Information Line on 020 7219 2033 on the day before the hearing.
Submissions of written evidence received by the Committee by 14th February and accepted by the Committee as evidence relevant to its current inquiry have been published on the internet in three volumes. The evidence has been reported to the House and placed on the internet on the authority of the Committee.
