Mr Eddie McGrady declared an interest in relation to the inquiry into the Functions of the Northern Ireland Policing Board as a Member of the Northern Ireland Policing Board.
The Committee agreed that examination of victims and victims groups should comprise the first stage of its inquiry 'Reconciliation: ways of dealing with Northern Ireland's past'.
The functions of the Northern Ireland Policing Board: Ian Pearson, a Member of the House, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Mr Ken Lindsay, Head of Policy Reforms Division, and Ms Gillian Ardis, Head of Policing Board Oversight Branch, Northern Ireland Office, were examined.
