1. FREEDOM OF INFORMATION
The Committee gave its guidance on the response to be made to a Freedom of Information request.
2. MEMBERS ESTIMATE AUDIT COMMITTEE
The Committee agreed to appoint Rt Hon Theresa May MP as Chairman of the Members Estimate Audit Committee, and to review for a 3-year term the appointment of Sir Thomas Legg as a member of the Committee
