1. MEMBERS TRAVEL CARD
The Committee agreed to the phased replacement of travel warrants by a travel card for Members' constituency and related air and rail travel.
2. GUIDANCE ON ALLOWANCES FOR MEMBERS LEAVING THE HOUSE
The Committee approved the draft booklet Pay and allowances for Members who leave the House at a General Election.
3. REVISIONS TO THE GREEN BOOK
The Committee approved the revised Green Book for publication in April 2005.
4. FREEDOM OF INFORMATION
The Committee gave a direction to the Director of Finance and Administration in relation to the release of information relating to Members' allowances.
