Committee on the Lord Chancellor's Department: Reports and Publications

On this page you will find the Committee's reports, oral evidence and uncorrected transcripts of evidence.

Publications sometimes appear on the Stationery Office(TSO) website earlier than on this page. The following link will take you directly to the Committee's section on the TSO website. Transcripts are available in HTML (browsable) formats and reports in both HTML and PDF formats. Paper copies are also available to order from TSO. Publications are listed by date published, with the most recent appearing at the top.

Transcripts of evidence taken at each public meeting will appear on this site. Where witnesses have given their consent, an uncorrected transcript will be placed here as soon as practicable (usually within seven working days).  Where witnesses have expressed a preference to correct any inaccuracies in the typing or reporting of the evidence, a corrected transcript will be placed here once their corrections have been received (usually within nine working days).
