ASYLUM AND IMMIGRATION APPEALS
Extension of deadline for submissions
The Committee on the Lord Chancellors Department issued Press Notice No.4 on 28 February 2003 announcing a new inquiry into Asylum and Immigration Appeals and requesting submissions to be submitted to the Clerk of the Committee by Friday 4 April.
The Committee has decided to extend the deadline and therefore written evidence from interested parties should now be sent by
Wednesday 30th April.
Oral evidence sessions are expected to be held in June.
