EVIDENCE SESSIONS

Immigration and Asylum: the Government's proposed changes to publicly funded immigration and asylum work

The Constitutional Affairs Committee will hold two public evidence sessions in relation to the  Government's proposed changes to publicly funded immigration and asylum work. The Department for Constitutional Affairs(DCA) issued a consultation paper on 5 June 2003. The consultation completed on 27 August and the Committee intend to issue a report of its findings in advance of the announcement of the Government's final proposals.
