Justice Committee Sentencing Guidelines
As from 9 May 2007 responsibility for Sentencing Guidelines transferred to the
Ministry of Justice.
The Committee formally agreed to monitor the draft Sentencing Guidelines issued by the
Sentencing Guidelines Council in the same way that the Home Affairs Committee has done up to now.
