Resolved, That the special attention of both Houses be drawn to the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No. 18) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/3340) on the ground that the instrument is defectively drafted.

Resolved, That the special attention of both Houses be drawn to the Infant Formula and Follow-on Formula (England) Regulations 2007 (S.I. 2007/3521) on the ground that the instrument is defectively drafted.

Resolved, That the special attention of both Houses be drawn to the Criminal Defence Service (Funding) (Amendment) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/3552) on the ground that the instrument is defectively drafted.

Resolved, That the special attention of both Houses be drawn to the Channel Tunnel (International Arrangements and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/3579) on the ground that the instrument is defectively drafted.

Resolved, That the special attention of both Houses be drawn to the Police Pension (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2007 (S.R. 2007/476) on the ground that the instrument is defectively drafted.

Ordered, That the written evidence submitted in relation to the instruments be reported to both Houses.

Ordered, That the written evidence submitted in relation to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/3495) be reported to both Houses.

A draft Report is laid before the Committee by the Chairman.
