Criminal Justice Bill
The Second Report from the Joint Committee on Human Rights,
Criminal Justice Bill, is published today, Friday 31 January 2003, as House of Lords Paper 40/House of Commons Paper 374 of Session 2002-03.
The report gives the Committee's opinion as to the compliance of the provisions of the proposed Bill with Convention rights as defined by the Human Rights Act, and its conformity with the provisions of international human rights instruments.
