Scrutiny of Bills: Final Progress Report (Session 2001-02)
The Twenty-sixth Report from the Joint Committee on Human Rights, Scrutiny of Bills: Final Progress Report was published on Monday 16 December 2002, as House of Lords Paper 182/House of Commons Paper 1295 of Session 2001-02.
These progress reports set out the Committee's questions about the compliance of the provisions of various Bills with Convention rights as defined by the Human Rights Act, and their conformity with the provisions of international human rights instruments. They will also be available on the Committee's website at the address below.
