1. COUNTER-TERRORISM POLICY AND HUMAN RIGHTS

Resolved, That the Committee visit Government Communications HQ in connection with its inquiry into counter-terrorism policy and human rights.

2. LEGISLATIVE SCRUTINY: THIRD PROGRESS REPORT

Draft Report [Legislative Scrutiny: Third Progress Report], proposed by the Chairman, brought up and read.

Ordered, That the draft Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.

Paragraphs 1.1 to 2.5 read and agreed to.

Summary read and agreed to.

Resolved, That the Report be the Sixth Report of the Committee to each House.

Ordered, That a paper be appended to the Report.

Ordered, That the Chairman make the Report to the House of Commons and that Baroness Stern  make the Report to the House of Lords.

Ordered, That the provisions of House of Commons Standing Order No. 134 be applied to the Report.
