Criminal Justice Bill: Further Report
The Eleventh Report from the Joint Committee on Human Rights on the Criminal Justice Bill: Further Report was published on Friday 13 June 2003, as House of Lords Paper 118/House of Commons Paper 724, of Session 2002-03.
The Report considers the human rights implications of changes made to the Bill during its passage through the House of Commons (the Committee reported on the Bill as introduced in its Second Report of this Session). It also considers the Government's response to its earlier comments on the Bill.
Scrutiny of Bills: Further Progress Report
The Twelfth Report from the Joint Committee on Human Rights, Scrutiny of Bills: Further Progress Report was published on Friday13 June 2003, as House of Lords Paper 119/House of Commons Paper 765, of Session 2002-03. This Report draws special attention to the following Bills:
- Fire Services Bill
- Sexual Offences Bill
- Licensing Bill
The Report also lists those Bills which the Committee considers do not raise any significant human rights issues.
Anti-social Behaviour Bill
The Thirteenth Report from the Joint Committee on Human Rights on the Anti-social Behaviour Bill was published on Tuesday 17 June 2003, as House of Lords Paper 120/House of Commons Paper 766, of Session 2002-03.
These Reports are part of the ongoing series of reports from the Committee which examines all Bills introduced to Parliament in respect of their compliance with Convention rights and other human rights instruments.
