The humanitarian crisis in the Darfur region of Sudan
The International Development Committee has agreed to hold a one-off evidence session to hear from NGOs on the humanitarian crisis in the Darfur region of Sudan. The Committee is pleased to announce that the following session has been arranged:
Date and venue: Tuesday 14 September; Committee Room 6, Palace of Westminster
Time: 10.00 a.m.
Witnesses: Ms Amelia Bookstein, Conflict Policy Analyst, CAFOD; Mr Graham MacKay, Humanitarian Co-ordinator, Oxfam; and Mr Ken Caldwell, Director of International Operations, Save the Children.
