PUBLICATION OF REPORT: Afghanistan: the transition from humanitarian relief to reconstruction and development assistance
The International Development Select Committee will be publishing its Report, 'Afghanistan: the transition from humanitarian relief to reconstruction and development assistance' at 00.01 hours on 23 January 2003.
A press conference will be held on the morning of publication at 11.30am at the Royal Institute of International Affairs, Chatham House, 10 St James's Square, London SW1Y 4LE.
Embargoed copies of the report will be available to the press at 11.00 am on the morning of 22 January 2002.
