This oral evidence session will now take place at 1.45 pm
Chairman of the Committee Rt Hon Keith Vaz said "I am pleased that the Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith MP will be giving evidence on the Government's Counter-Terrorism proposals on Monday. This evidence session will be crucial in enabling the Committee to decide its position as to whether the 28 day limit is increased."
