The Chairman declared a non-pecuniary interest as the spouse of an immigration solicitor and part-time judge.

Don Flynn, Director, Migrants’ Rights Network, Donna Covey, Chief Executive, Refugee Council, and Sylvie Aboa-Bradwell, Cameroonian migrant and officer for the Centre for Democracy and Development, gave oral evidence.

Susan Wright, Director, Médecins du Monde, Professor Vivienne Nathanson, Director of Professional Activities, British Medical Association, and Lisa power, Head of Policy and Public Affairs, Terrence Higgins Trust, gave oral evidence.
