Resolved, That the Chairman write to the Minister for Schools and Learners on the matter of the Government’s review of the provision of Sex and Relationships Education in schools.

Managing Migration: Draft Immigration and Citizenship Bill

The Chairman declared a non-pecuniary interest as the spouse of an immigration solicitor and part-time judge.

Mr David Winnick declared a non-pecuniary interest as a former associate of the United Kingdom Immigrants Advisory Service.

Daniel Furner (Legal Officer, Refugee Legal Centre), Kathryn Lewis (Associate Solicitor, Immigration Advisory Service); Dr Eric Metcalfe (Director of Human Rights Policy, JUSTICE), and Isabella Sankey (Policy Assistant, Liberty), gave oral evidence.
