Resolved, That Gwyn Prosser write to the Foreign Secretary on the matter of the
Secondment of Sudanese Embassy Officials to Home Office facilities.
Resolved, That in the opinion of the Committee, the Government's proposed revision to PACE Code A, relating to reporting requirements for stop and account procedures, should not be subject to parliamentary proceedings.
A Surveillance Society?
Draft Special Report [A Surveillance Society?: The Information Commissioner's Response to the Fifth Report from the Committee, Session 2007-08], proposed by Gwyn Prosser, brought up and read the first and second time, and agreed to.
Resolved, That the Report be the Second Special Report of the Committee to the House.
Ordered, That Gwyn Prosser make the Report to the House.
