Health Committee: Reports and Publications

The Committee spends much of its time carrying out inquiries. It chooses the subjects of inquiry itself, invites evidence from a range of sources and usually produces a report at the end.

Committee documents can be broadly divided into:

  • Reports - Committee Reports, the written and oral evidence published with them, and Government replies to reports published by the Committee as 'Special Reports'
  • Oral and written evidence - transcripts of oral evidence sessions and written evidence published by the Committee and available in hard copy from TSO
  • Uncorrected oral evidence - A transcripts which have not yet been corrected, or which have been corrected but not yet published in hard copy
