Evidence Session -  Inquiry Into OFT Community Pharmacy Report

The Health Committee has arranged the following meeting:

Liz Colling, NHS Development Manager, Co-operative Pharmacy Community Technical Panel
Mr John Evans, Superintendent  Pharmacist, ASDA
Sue Sharpe, Chief Executive, Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee (PSNC) and
Officials from OFT.

A small number of individuals and organizations have, in addition, been asked to supply written evidence but the Committee is not otherwise seeking written submissions on this inquiry.

Members of the public and representatives of the press will be admitted . Because there are often last minute changes of rooms and meetings may be held either in the Palace of Westminster or Portcullis House, those wishing to attend these sessions should check the venue by contacting the Committee Office Information line on 020 7219 2033 on the day before the meeting.

The Health Committee is a Select Committee of the House of Commons.  It is appointed under Standing Order No.  152 to examine the expenditure, administration and policy of the Department of Health and associated public bodies.  The Committee has power to send for persons, papers and records.
