Forthcoming Evidence Sessions

FCO Annual Report, 2004-05

The Foreign Affairs Committee will be holding the following evidence sessions for its inquiry into the Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s annual report.

2.30pm, Wednesday 12 October 2005
Wilson Room, Portcullis House

The Committee will be taking evidence from the British Council as follows:

Rt Hon Lord Kinnock of Bedwellty, Chairman;
Sir David Green KCMG, Director-General; and
Mr Martin Davidson, Deputy Director-General.

The following witnesses from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office will appear before the Committee:

Richard Stagg CMG, Director-General (Corporate);

Ric Todd, Director (Finance).

Membership of the Committee

Committee meetings are open to the public. Access is via St Stephen's Entrance for the House of Commons Committee Rooms and the main entrance on the Thames Embankment for Portcullis House Rooms. It is advisable to allow about 10 minutes to pass through security checks. There is no system for the prior reservation of seats in the Committee Rooms.
