Witnesses: Dr Thomas David Inch OBE, former Deputy Chief Scientific Officer, MoD at Porton Down and former Chief Executive of the Royal Society of Chemistry; at approximately 11.00am, Mr Terence Taylor, President and Executive Director, International Institute for Strategic Studies-US.

Thursday 19th June 2003:

Witnesses: Mr Andrew Wilkie, former Senior Intelligence Adviser to the Australian Prime Minister; at approximately 3.30pm, Dr Ibrahim al-Marashi, Research Associate at the Centre for Non-Proliferation Studies.

Tuesday 24th June 2003:
Time/Location: 12 Noon in the Boothroyd Room, Portcullis House

Friday 27th June 2003: ( in Private)
Time/Location:     9.00am in Committee Room 13 - Not open to press or public

Apart from the meeting on Friday 27th, Committee meetings are open to the public. Access is via St Stephen's Entrance for the House of Commons Committee Rooms and the main entrance on the Thames Embankment for Portcullis House Rooms. It is advisable to allow about 10 minutes to pass through security checks.  There is no system for the prior reservation of seats in the Committee Rooms.
