1.  REFRESHMENT DEPARTMENT BUDGET &c

The Committee agreed to maintain the 45% subsidy target as a ceiling for 2006-07: to recommend a 2.5% increase in selling prices: and to continue the Portcullis Cafeteria evening service on an interim basis until July, pending identification of a less expensive option.

2.  RADICAL REDESIGN OF WEBSITE

The Committee gave its approval for testing the market on the basis of Option 3B.

3.  TERMLY REPORT ON WORKS PROJECTS

The Committee noted the first termly report on works projects and gave guidance as to the content and format of future reports.

4.  BENCHMARKING

The Committee noted the paper from the Board of Management on benchmarking by the House of Commons Service.
