1. Private Deliberative Session
Motion made and Question put, That the Committee believes that, in conformity with the practice of the House in respect of select committees, its deliberations should take place in private, and therefore requests the Leader of the House to ask the House not to renew the provisions contained in the temporary amendment to the Committee's Standing Order, Standing Order No. 143 (10). (

Amendment proposed, in line 1 to leave out from second "that" to the end of the paragraph and insert the words "the principle of meeting in public should be continued with but recognises the current practice is not working in the way it was originally hoped and calls for there to be a review of the procedures".
