Motion made and Question put, That the Committee accepts the reasons contained in the letter of 30 October (26601) from the Minister for Employment Relations and Postal Services for a possible need to override the scrutiny reserve in relation to 9554/05 (formerly 12683/04): Amended proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2003/88/EC concerning certain aspects of the organisation of Working Time COM (2005) 246 final, and that the Chairman do inform the Minister accordingly. - (The Chairman.)
