EUROPEAN UNION INTERGOVERNMENTAL CONFERENCE: LETTER TO RT. HON. DAVID MILIBAND MP, SECRETARY OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AND COMMONWEALTH AFFAIRS.
In advance of its evidence session on 16 October with the Rt. Hon. David Miliband MP, Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, and of the Informal Meeting of EU Heads of State and Government on 18 October, the European Scrutiny Committee has today written to the Foreign Secretary to ask for clarification of points contained in the 5 October version of the Draft Treaty amending the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty establishing the European Community.
