ORAL EVIDENCE FROM Rt HON CAROLINE FLINT MP, MINISTER FOR EUROPE, FOREIGN AND COMMONWEALTH OFFICE, WEDNESDAY 4 FEBRUARY 2009

The European Scrutiny Committee will be taking evidence from Rt Hon Caroline Flint, Minister for Europe, Foreign and Commonwealth Office on the recent scrutiny performance of the FCO, and the December European Council in relation to the "Irish Protocol" and the Lisbon Treaty.

The evidence session will take place on Wednesday, 4 February at 2.30pm in Committee Room 16, Palace of Westminster.
