ENVIRONMENTAL CRIME AND THE COURTS

EVIDENCE SESSION

Thursday 22 January 2004

The Sub-Committee will be taking evidence from:

10:15am:  Mr Ric Navarro, Director of Legal Services and Mr David Stott, Chief Prosecutor, from the Environment Agency

This will form part of its inquiry into Environmental Crime: Environmental Crime and the Courts, announced in a press release on 12 December 2003 .
