The Fly-tipping, Fly-posting, Litter, Graffiti and Noise report will be published as the Committee's Ninth Report, HC 445, at 11am on Thursday 15 July 2004.

Copies of the Report will be sent to all those who gave written or oral evidence to the Committee's inquiry. Organisations and representatives of the media may arrange, by telephoning 020 7219 6150 in advance, to collect copies of the Report from the Reception at 7 Millbank from 11am on Thursday 15 June 2004.

Once the Report has been published, copies can be obtained from TSO outlets and from the Parliamentary Bookshop, 12 Bridge Street, Parliament Square, London SW1A 2JX (020 7219 3890) by quoting House of Commons No. 445.

The text of the Report will also be available from approximately 3.30pm onwards on Thursday 15 June, on the Committee's Internet homepage.

1.The sub-Committee announced its inquiry into Fly-tipping, Fly-posting, Litter, Graffiti and Noise in a press release on 12 February 2004.

2.The Report on Fly-tipping, Fly-posting, Litter, Graffiti and Noise was referred to the main Committee and agreed on Wednesday 7 July.

3.The Environmental Audit Committee established its sub-Committee on environmental crime on 12 November 2003 in order to conduct a number of short inquiries. It published its first report on Environmental Crime and the Courts on 12 May 2004.
