13 October 2004 The draft Animal Welfare Bill: change of witness

The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee's Sub-Committee on the draft Animal Welfare Bill has decided to change the previously announced witness for its meeting on Thursday 14 October. The Committee will now take evidence from the RSPCA on Thursday 14 October and not from Ben Bradshaw MP, Minister for Nature Conservation and Fisheries. The Committee hopes to announce a further evidence session with Ben Bradshaw MP in due course.

The revised schedule for Thursday 14 October is therefore:
