The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee has decided to take late evidence from a  Dr Joe Howe in its inquiry into the Water Framework Directive. Thus the witnesses on Wednesday will be:

Dr Joe Howe, School of Planning and Landscape, Manchester University (at approximately 12.15 pm)
