SESSION 2002-03
1 May 2003 ANIMAL BY-PRODUCTS REGULATIONS
'One-off' evidence session

The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee has decided to take evidence from a Government Minister about the Animal By-Products Regulations, and the various issues and concerns surrounding the Regulations.

The evidence session has been arranged as follows:

Wednesday 14 May 2003      -    2.30 pm
Elliot Morley MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

The evidence session will be held at Westminster (most likely in Portcullis House).  It will be held in public.  A transcript of the evidence session will be placed on the Committee's website as soon as possible.

The Committee normally meets in a Committee Room at Westminster.  Because there are often last minute changes of Room and meetings may be held in either the Palace of Westminster or Portcullis House, those wishing to attend should check the venue by contacting the Committee Office Information Line on 020 7219 2033 on the day before the hearing.

Further details of the Committee, including its current membership, can be found on the Committee's homepage. Information about the Committee can also be obtained from 020 7219 3262.
