IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COUNTRYSIDE AND RIGHTS OF WAY ACT 2000

The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee today announced the membership of its Sub-committee on the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 and an additional witness for its 'one-off' evidence session.

The members of the Sub-committee are:

Paddy Tipping MP (Chairman of the Sub-committee)

Mr David Curry MP
Mr David Drew MP
Patrick Hall MP
Mr Bill Wiggin MP

The witnesses on Monday 3 February will now be:

Ramblers' Association; Rt Hon Alun Michael MP, Minister of State, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs; Country Land and Business Association.
