The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee has agreed a report about the Dismantling of Defunct Ships in the UK.

The report will be published on Thursday 11 November 2004 at 00.01 am. Advance copies of the report will be available under embargo from 11.00 am on Wednesday 10 November.

Advance copies of the Report will be available to members of the media from 11.00 am on Wednesday 10 November 2004. These copies will be embargoed until 00.01 am on Thursday 11 November. The Report will be available in the following ways:

• Members of the media can collect them from the Press Gallery, House of Commons.

• They will be sent by post to all witnesses (including those who submitted written evidence), or, if preferred, they can be collected either by witnesses or by their representatives between 11.00 am and 11.30 am on Wednesday 10 November, from Westminster House, 7 Millbank, London.

• On 11 November the Report will also be available from the usual outlets, including the Stationery Office bookshops (reference: Eighteenth Report of the Committee, Session 2003-04, HC 834).

• The Report will be posted on the internet at approximately 3.30 pm on 11 November, and will  be accessible via the Committee’s homepage.
