Government Response to Committee Report: Climate change: the role of bioenergy
The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee has received a response from the Government to the following report:
Eighth Report of Session 2005-06,
Climate change: the role of bioenergy, which was published on 18 September 2006 as HC 965-I.
The Committee will publish this response, together with the Committee's own comments on the response, as its First Special Report of Session 2006-07 (HC 131) on
Wednesday 13 December 2006 at
00.01am. Advance copies of the Special Report will be available under embargo from 11.00am on Monday 11 December.
Advance copies of the Report will be available to media representatives and to witnesses who received copies of the original reports. These copies will be embargoed until 00.01am on Wednesday 13 December. Advance copies of the Report will be available in the following ways:
Media representatives can collect the Special Report from the Press Gallery, House of Commons.
They will be sent by post to all witnesses or, if preferred, they may be collected either by witnesses or by their representatives between 11.00am and 11.30am on Monday 11 December, from Westminster House, 7 Millbank, London.
Copies of the Special Report may be obtained, on publication, from the usual outlets, including The Parliamentary Bookshop and The Stationery Office.
The Special Report will be posted on the Parliamentary internet on 13 December, and will be accessible via the Committee's homepage.
