ANNOUNCEMENT OF EVIDENCE SESSION
Draft Sentencing Guidelines: Assaults
Following the establishment of the Ministry of Justice, the Constitutional Affairs Committee has taken over responsibility (from the Home Affairs Committee) for the scrutiny of Consultation Sentencing Guidelines issued by the Sentencing Guidelines Council. As part of this process, the Committee will take evidence on the draft Sentencing Guidelines on Assaults.
