Hard copies of the Report and evidence will be sent by post to witnesses on Thursday 4 December. Electronic embargoed copies can be supplied to Government departments, media and witnesses and will be available from

The Innovation, Universities, Science and Skills Committee has conducted a separate inquiry into the Draft Bill and will also be publishing a Report,
